Tours of the Sicilian hinterland to discover ancient stories and cultural traditions.
The stage starts downhill along the lago Soprano, here large migratory birds, such as herons do stop during their journey from Africa to Northern Europe. Then it goes further South to get to lick the Gallo River. It continues with the ascent of the hill where is located the village of Montedoro (riding, climb short enough) to immerse ourselves in a landscape that echoes of human adventure, of courage and of exploitation, of quick riches and crisis, the world of the sulphur mines. Incredible and fascinating visit the interesting Museum of Solfare, inside the caves tour of the mines Of sulphur. Still visible and in perfect condition the futuristic Gill ovens. From the underground to the stars with a visit to the Planetarium and Observatory Southern Italy's largest. Shooting the way to return back home after enjoying some of the local culinary delights. The tour ends with a visit to the home of the writer Andrea Cammilleri.

Surrounded by nature, about 1 km from the town of Serradifalco, SicilyBike is the B&B for those who love the wonders, folklore, and charm of the Central Sicilian countryside.
The Sicily Bike B&B offers its guests a hearty Sicilian-style breakfast with croissants filled with cream or ricotta.
All bike tours include a packed lunch for each guest, featuring delicious dishes and typical Sicilian products. Dinner is served every evening at a farmhouse.
The tours include the provision of a pedal-assisted or electric bicycle with a dedicated mechanic.
The package includes the following dedicated services:

- Bike Wash
- Bike Workshop.
Bike tours along the chosen route are scheduled from Monday to Saturday mornings with an expert guide. The afternoons are free for excursions and meetings.
All sightseeing tours and any museum entrance tickets are included in the package.
