It 'clear that the Holy Spirit was one of the first parish in the city, which was consecrated in 1153 as reported by the date engraved on the memorial plaque, placed on the left pillar of the main apse. The Abbey contains remarkable works such as the Crocifisso of Staglio and very ancient baptismal font, probably dating to the Byzantine period, and Roman cinerary urn. The main altar is made of sandstone blocks characteristic of Sabucina (archaeological site a few kilometers from the church) that assemble beautifully with the simplicity and uniqueness of the small abbey.
Road, medium intensity, requires a basic athletic training.
